End racism
If I could change the world, I would put an end to racism. I would make race something that just makes us different from each other, not a label. People make race a big deal when really it is nothing but the color of your skin, where you are originally from, and your ethnicity.
People need to be more willing to accept the fact that not everyone can be the same. The world would be such a dull place if everyone was all one color and looked the same. We need to learn to accept diversity and put the differences behind ourselves. Everyone should get to know each other before they label one another. I hate hearing people getting made fun of because they are a certain color, or they look a certain way; the world would be a better place if everyone looked inside a person rather than judging a book by its cover.
I know that this would be one of the hardest things to change in the world. I would start out by having everyone understand how truly important diversity is. Not everyone would be willing to accept this, but if everyone around him or her changed, maybe that person would reconsider his or her thoughts. No one person could change the way the world is, so hopefully everyone who understood diversity would mentor all of the others in need of help. This would make our world the best place to live.
