Have people listen to problems to stop conflict

If I could change one thing in the world it would be no more wars so my Grandpa can come home and no one would get hurt or killed. I’d set up world rules that everyone follows and put people in charge of listening to problems and solving them before people start shooting. I’d also teach people to respect others differences and it’s all right to be different as long as you don’t hurt people.
