Have cigarettes dropped into a tray, not on the ground

I could change cigarettes from being dropped on the ground by having a tray to put them in. When it detects smoke from cigarettes it would beep to remind you to put the cigarette in the tray instead of dropping it on the ground. We would still have to clean up the messy cigarettes but they would be in one place—the trash can.
